ext.1708 Journal has been and will be a space for critical inquiry and for the extension of artists’ ideas, perceptions, and positions. Through commissioned short-form essays, ext.1708 Journal continues dialogues started by exhibiting artists. Critics, curators, art historians, screenwriters, novelists, and artists add their voice, expanding an artist’s vision beyond the walls of the gallery and the duration of their exhibitions.
